Dehumidifying Dryer (standard type) is an adsorption-type drying machine that achieves drying effect through "pressure change" (pressure variation adsorption principle). Due to the inverse proportion relationship between the air's capacity to hold water vapor and pressure, part of the dried air (called regeneration air) is depressurized and expanded to atmospheric pressure, which makes the expanded air even drier and then let it flow through the drying tower layer that has not been connected to the airflow (that is, the dried tower that has absorbed enough water vapor). Dehumidifying Dryer (standard type) takes the water from the drying agent out of the dried tower with the regenerating air to achieve the purpose of dehumidification. The two towers work in a cycle with no need for a heat source, continuously providing dry compressed air to the user's pneumatic system.
When Three-in-one dehumidification dessicant dryer with micro-heat regeneration dehumidifier and piston air compressor is used together, a stabilizing pressure storage tank should be installed beforehand to eliminate the impact of pulsating airflow on the adsorbent at high speed. Avoid intentionally reducing the regeneration air consumption (including the amount of regeneration air and heating power) for "energy saving"; when there is a "cold dryer front-end," the connection between the micro-heat regeneration dehumidifier and the cold dryer should be separated as much as possible for improving air flow conditions, reducing air pressure drop, and facilitating daily maintenance and repair. When the gas supply is sufficient, the non-heating regeneration drying machine should be preferred; its comprehensive energy consumption will not be higher than that of heating regeneration, and its dew point is lower and more stable.
Dehumidifying Dryer (standard type) can be classified into two types: non-heating regeneration micro-heat regeneration dehumidifier and heating regeneration micro-heat regeneration dehumidifier according to the adsorbent regeneration method. As non-heating micro-heat regeneration dehumidifier works by isothermal adsorption, it is also called "pressure variation adsorption," while heating micro-heat regeneration dehumidifier works by isobaric adsorption and is also called "temperature variation adsorption."
There is also a type of micro-heat drying machine called the micro-heat type drying machine. In terms of form, Dehumidifying Dryer (standard type) also heats the regeneration gas, but because it uses the regeneration gas with low water content from the dry air, it also belongs to the "pressure variation adsorption" drying machine.
