The solution is to check the oil level. Prevent air intake and clean the oil filter. The high viscosity of hydraulic oil increases flow resistance. The hydraulic oil certified by the central oil supply system must be replaced. Because the oil pump or claw bearing or blade is damaged, the concentricity deviation of the coupling will produce noise, so it is necessary to adjust the concentricity or replace the parts.
The reversing valve of the central conveying system does not respond to faults but can still work normally, such as valve core wear, internal leakage, burrs blocking, inflexible action, insufficient current of the solenoid valve, noise, etc. The solution is to clean the valve core. If the valve core is worn, new parts must be replaced, and the current must be stable and sufficient. When hydraulic components are damaged or the pipeline is blocked, high-speed flow of hydraulic oil will produce noise. Mechanical component failure, bearing wear, or insufficient lubrication oil or loose parts of the machine. Find the cause, tighten or replace parts to ensure sufficient lubrication.
