1. The difference between the working principle of the central feeding system and the automatic feeding system


The working principle of the central feeding system is to use the vacuum transmission method, and then transport the plastic raw materials from the storage tank to the central dehumidification and drying system through the centralized pipeline system, and then transport the dried raw materials to each injection molding machine. It is used in conjunction with the center, and the conveying pipeline can be cleaned after the dehumidification and drying cycle is used to ensure that there is no residual pellets in the pipeline. While avoiding the moisture regain of the raw materials, it also ensures the consistency of the performance of the raw materials added to the injection molding machine. Under the action of vacuum negative pressure, the dust in the raw materials will be filtered out through the dust filter system, which ensures that the air of the whole system can transport the raw materials, which helps to improve the quality of the molded products. At the same time, the operation is stable in each transmission, and there is no material blocking phenomenon.


The working principle of the automatic centralized feeding system is to close the vacuum tube, start the motor, send the plastic resin particles into the vacuum tube with low vacuum airflow, stop the motor, and then discharge the particles into the hopper, and so on. In the designed control system, two feeding production lines can be controlled by one motor, which is switched by a directional valve. The two production lines can be run independently or simultaneously. If the two are running at the same time, when the conveying of one production line is completed, it is judged that the discharging of the other production line has ended, then the motor will continuously turn the directional valve to change direction, so as to feed the other production line. In this way, the efficiency of the control system and the motor can be utilized to realize automatic feeding.


2. The difference between the components of the central feeding system and the automatic feeding system


The central feeding system consists of the central console, cyclone dust collector, high-efficiency filter, fan, material selection rack, branch station, drying hopper, dehumidifier, fretting hopper, electric eye hopper, cut-off valve, cut-off valve, etc. composed of parts.


The components of the automatic centralized feeding system are the power part, the dust removal device, which generally adopts the combination of double dust removal, automatic dust removal; raw material distribution station; suction bucket, divided into vacuum type and electric eye type hopper; conveying pipeline; vacuum pipeline; central control table; protective device.


3. Features of central feeding system and automatic feeding system


The central feeding system can automatically supply a variety of raw materials to any multi-chamber injection molding equipment, which can include drying treatment of raw materials, color matching treatment, and the utilization of crushed and recycled materials in proportion, and can implement a high degree of automatic control, monitoring, etc. , and can meet the 24-hour non-stop production needs. At the same time, the central feeding system is easy to operate, and only a few people are needed to control the feeding demand of the entire injection molding factory, thereby reducing a lot of labor costs. It can be used by different users, different workshop characteristics, and different raw material usage requirements. All can design the optimal solution according to the actual needs.


The use of the automatic feeding system can ensure the stable operation of the whole system, and there is no phenomenon of plastic moisture regain and material blocking. It is used in conjunction with the dehumidification and drying system to allow the drying air to re-dry the raw materials to prevent the dried plastic from regaining moisture. At the same time, the conveying pipe is cleaned after each conveying cycle to ensure that there is no residual material in the pipe. While avoiding the moisture resurgence of the raw materials, it also ensures the consistency of the raw materials added to the injection molding machine. Under the action of vacuum negative pressure, the original dust in the raw materials is filtered out by the filter (dust collector) system, which is beneficial to improve product quality.
