Nowadays, the application prospect of the three-in-one dehumidification dryer is very broad, mainly because of its simple structure, stable performance, high volume utilization coefficient, convenient operation and high cost performance, which can meet the actual needs of users. So how to measure the humidity of the three-in-one dehumidification dryer?
Whether it is conventional steam heating or dehumidifying dryer, the drying process used is to control the temperature and humidity of the humid air in the dryer according to the different drying stages of the actual moisture content of the wood, but the temperature level used for dehumidification drying lower. The methods of temperature measurement are basically the same, all of which are to measure the actual temperature (dry bulb temperature) and humidity of the humid air in the three-in-one dehumidification dryer. There are mainly the following forms of plastic auxiliary machinery measurement.
A traditional method. A thermometer or temperature sensor is installed in the drying kiln, wrapped with wet gauze, to measure the saturation temperature corresponding to the partial pressure of water vapor in the humid air in the dryer. This method has high precision and long service life of the instrument, but requires high operating accuracy.
Directly read the relative humidity of the humid air in the dryer. The accuracy of this method is poor, and hygrometers such as hair hygrometers and lithium bromide hygrometers are used.
Utilize its basic moisture absorption and desorption characteristics of plastic material dryer. The humidity is expressed by the equilibrium moisture content of the wood corresponding to the measured moist air. Put thin wood chips or paper chips in moist air inside the dryer. It can reach equilibrium with the humid air in the dryer in a short time, and directly measure the moisture content of wood chips or paper chips to reflect the humidity in the dryer.
The temperature controls the on-off of the heater according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature and the deviation range; and the setting and control of the dehumidifier's operating proportional parameters are the same as other drying methods. Appropriate adjustments should be made according to the comparison of the daily reduction of wood moisture content with the reference value in the benchmark table. For example, under the condition that the moisture content of wood is 35% and the temperature is kept at about 38°C, the moisture content of wood decreases by 6% every day. If the moisture content is greater than the value of moisture content that should be dropped every day, the running time of the dehumidifier should be reduced, thereby reducing the amount of dehumidification. The air humidity is appropriately increased to prevent the wood from drying too quickly and causing greater stress; on the contrary, the setting of the dehumidifier operation ratio should be increased to achieve a certain speed of drying.
How to measure the humidity of the three-in-one dehumidification dryer? It is shared here. The temperature and humidity of the wet air in the dryer are controlled, but the temperature and humidity are not controlled according to the moisture content, but the temperature and humidity are determined according to the moisture content. The operation of the dehumidifier time scale.
